Our weekly Zooms are where you get to know each other, making lifelong friends in many cases!
Every other week is an Open Studio, time to paint through the curriculum while getting to know others in the training and learning from experienced CCFC.
The other week is a training Zoom with Whitney Freya and, towards the end of the training, other CCFC so you can learn how this practice comes through others. These Zooms are so inspiring and restorative. We become a FAMILY!

Alternating Training Zooms and CCFC Open Studios give you ongoing teaching, painting, practice and community.

Pre-recorded studio lessons are available inside the online training space so you can move through the work in your own rhythm.
Experience It Before You Teach It
Your own Sacred Personal Painting Practice comes first. You experience the process yourself before learning to facilitate it for others.
Practice Guiding Others
You'll have opportunities inside the training to practice, participate in Open Studios and begin exploring how you want to share Creative Frequency in your own way.
Creative Business Training
For those who want to turn this work into an offering or business, the training includes support around workshops, coaching, online programs, marketing and sharing your work.
A Community That Continues
Completion of the training opens you into the larger CCFC community, with ongoing connection, collaboration and opportunities beyond these eight months.

I didn't begin this journey as an artist.
In 1996, at 26 years old and with no formal art experience, I opened The Creative Fitness Center in Nashville.
I had no idea then where that one decision would lead.
What I began to witness, over and over again, was that when people gave themselves permission to create, something changed.
They became more present. More curious. More willing to trust themselves. They saw possibilities they hadn't been able to see before.
And I experienced the same transformation in my own life.
Painting became so much more than something I did on a canvas. It became a practice for listening, exploring, moving through fear, making decisions and creating what was next.
In 2010, I began training others to share this work.
Since then, more than 600 Creative Frequency Coaches around the world have taken what they experienced personally and brought it into their own communities, coaching practices, workshops, retreats, healing work and creative businesses.
And the work has continued to evolve right along with me.
Over the last few years, I found myself seeing Creative Frequency in an even bigger way.
I realized that what we have been practicing all along isn't simply painting.
We are practicing how to become more available to our own creativity.
How to hear ourselves.
How to move beyond the thoughts and patterns that keep us repeating what we already know.
How to create from possibility instead of limitation.
That realization is at the heart of this next Creative Frequency Coach Training.
After nearly 30 years of living this work, I feel more passionate about it than ever.
So what do I mean by Creative Frequency?
Think about the times when you feel completely alive.
You are immersed in something you love. Ideas are moving. Time disappears. You feel curious, open, connected and somehow more like yourself.
That is the energy I call Creative Frequency.
It is a state we can learn to access more intentionally.
Painting gives us a physical place to practice.
The blank canvas asks us to make a choice.
A color.
A mark.
A movement.
And then another.
There is no perfect answer waiting for us. We learn to listen. Respond. Experiment. Change direction. Trust what is asking to happen next.
Over time, those small creative decisions begin to change the way we meet the rest of our lives.

Your Coach
